The dress was purchased at Kleinfelds in NYC.  All details about the dress can be found on Kleinfeld's website using the designer and style number.  The satin gown features a sweetheart neckline and beaded embroidery. It has a chapel train.  Since I never wore the dress, I have limited pictures. The first picture is from the Kleinfeld website.
